3.6 Complaints
[10] The delivery of dropz
can not be exchanged or returned, except for damaged goods, because it
is food. For dropz accessories, the delivery can be returned or
exchanged within 30 days of receipt and non-use. Transportation costs
for accessory exchanges must be paid by the customer. In the event of a
return, a voucher will be issued to the customer for the value of the
product.
